2015 Nissan Pathfinder is primarily a vehicle for family usage. It has been made for weathering diverse conditions and for long, highway drives. Long, family trips are made much more enjoyable with the Bluetooth Streaming Audio System with an H-inch color and touch-screen display and a BOSE 13-speaker Premium Audio System. There is a great navigation system with voice recognition available onboard. This system is invaluable while traveling on unfamiliar territories. There are not a lot of major modifications or redesigning involved with the new model for 2015. There is however, a lot of upgrades to the system, parts, and other technology of this car. The only confirmed engine is a 3.5 Liter DOHC V6 engine with a 24-Valve system. This engine, when combined with Xtronic CVT can produce a 260 Horsepower at 6400 rpm and a torque of 240 lb-ft at 4400 rpm. The drive system is an optional 2Wheel Drive, 4 Wheel Drive and Automatic Drive that will depend on the driving conditions. An intuitive All-Mode 4 by 4 system is also available. This car is very economical as a result of its modified engine and drive system. The EPA score for the vehicle is estimated to be 20/26 MPG in a Metropolis or Highway. This engine is quite advanced with some great features. It has got everal awards for being the most gas economic system and for its sophisticated and unique powertrain.

2015 Nissan Pathfinder is the right mix of luxury, spaciousness, and technology. The new design makes it much lighter than before and improves the aerodynamics. It is a 7-seater SUV with 3 rows of seats and 4 doors with a lot of space. It has a wide variety of trims ranging from S, SV, SL, SL Premium, Platinum, to Platinum Premium. All  models will have the signature gear package as the present model. New features include the contemporary “latch and glide” technology, new Infotainment screen, 360-degree Monitor and an embellished dual panorama moonroof.

Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid

A new option is available with the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid. This model is available since 2014, but the new model differs on the basis of the dual propulsion system. This model is a combination of a 4 Liter Supercharged Engine and an electric motor. The energy output is of 250 Horsepower and has an EPA score of 25/28 MPG on Metropolis/Highway. The gear package of this model will most probably be similar to the previous one but it will carry small badges of Pure Hybrid Drive and new LED headlights.

The cost of the Hybrid will range from $35,110 to $45,050, depending on the types of trim package chosen.
